Adverting to previous correspondence respecting the rendition of the thirteen criminals claimed by His Excellency the Viceroy, I have the honour to forward, for the consideration of His Excellency the Governor, a translation of a further communication (N°27) which I have received from His Excellency the Taotai on this subject.
